Mr. Lepper has over 40 years of automotive experience, including more than 20 years expereince as a forensic consultant, inspector and evaluator.  He has offered testimony in over 100 matters in the State of California and elsewhere since 1996.   

Mr. Lepper is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and is also a registered locksmith in the State of California through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.

Paul Whiting has been investigating traffic accidents for over 50 years.  His expertise includes commercial vehicle and bus issues; motorcycle and auto-pedestrian collisions; speed from crush; low-speed impacts; lamp analysis and tire and wheel failure.

Mr. Whiting retired after a career of 31 years as an Officer with the California Highway Patrol, including 10 years as an Accident Reconstructionist.

Robyn Lepper started her professional career as a Manufacturer’s Representative in Manhattan, New York, specializing in houseware items.  Robyn and her family moved to Phoenix Arizona where she flourished as an Executive Recruiter in the Information Systems arena. 

 

Leaving Phoenix early in 2000, Robyn helped Tom establish Thomas Lepper Associates 

 

In their spare time, Robyn and Tom run a racecar rental business, fly Cessnas and practice target shooting.

Denee has been a part of the Thomas Lepper and Associate's team since 2019 and is currently attending BYU pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is fluent in ASL and attends Stanford University School of Medicine yearly for training in advocating for children with Cochlear Implants. Her husband is US Marine trained as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for over 25 years, and they have 6 children (4 boys 2 girls). Her sons have worked with their father growing up and learned the love of mechanics and machinery.  They are one car-crazed family! As a previous Jazzercise Instructor, she likes to dance Hula, Jazzercise, travel, camp and hike with her family in her spare time.

Jay is our newest team member and is enjoying learning about the field.  Jay and her family moved to California from the East Coast.  Her background includes office administration in various fields, event planning & design work.  Forever a student, she is pursuing a B.S. in Professional Studies.  Jay takes advantage of the lovely California weather gardening in her free time.

Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Duquesne University.  She is a certified paralegal; she worked for Wineberg, Simmonds, and Narita (now Simmonds & Narita LLP) as a paralegal to the senior partner, specializing in complex business litigation.  Suzanne came to TLA in 2002, working with Song Beverly matters.  She is also a licensed phlebotomist.  In her spare time, she likes college football (Go Ducks!), the San Francisco Giants, reading, beer, and cooking.
