Mr. Lepper has offered testimony in over 100 matters in the State of California and elsewhere since 1996.   He has appeared in deposition, arbitration & mediation, and trial, in civil and criminal court,  for both plaintiff and defense, on the behalf of insurance companies, engineering firms, transit authorities, and individuals.
