Lepper, CFEI, CFVI has been an forensic mechanical failure consultant offering expertise pertaining to automobiles, large trucks, motorhomes and trailers, passenger buses, motorcycles, boats, farming equipment and large and small construction equipment, Tom has shared his expertise with nationally known insurance companies and attorneys for well over 35 years. He has also offered testimony as an expert witness in over 100 sworn appearances in the Superior Court of California.  Tom is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) as well as a licensed locksmith in the state of California.  Tom is certified to download and evaluate the SDM / EDR (Black Box) with the use of our Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) tool.
